Measurements

I decided on Monday to be weighed and measured at Curves. It was devestating but in reality I was almost exactly the same as I was a year ago. That goes to show that I can really play mind games with myself. I still feel very commited and good about everything. I was telling Bill last night that I was concerned about losing momentum after a month or so. I thought maybe I'd be there in a few months but he said more like 6 months. Well we are inthe sixth month of this year and look where I could be if I had stayed on a program. Oh well, the time will pass no matter what so I will stay with it and see the results. I've had good exercising and we are enjoying the new menues we are trying.
